– Service, Spare part kits and contacts
We have entered December and Christmas is upon us! We would therefore like to remind you to order any spare-parts you might need in good time as we are extra busy at Christmas, before the company closes for Christmas break from the 24th of December to the 2 of January, you should order before the 16th of December.
Wherever you are in the world, Limitech and our local partners are committed to serve you with parts and service, keeping your machines up to top working conditions.
You can ask for a Maintenance/Spare part kit for the most common used spare parts – and have this ready at your sight/premises for a quick change out – see attached example

If you have any questions or if you would like to order spare parts for your Limitech machine, please contact either the Local Limitech Partner, write us at av@limitech.dk or call us at +45 98 24 31 44.
If you need service support then please call within our normal workday hours and/or a service technician can be submitted within 48 hours.
For easier ordering of service and spare parts, we ask you to provide us with the following information:
- Machine serial number: XX
- Short description of the problem and photo if possible
- Spare part no of the required item(s), if known
If you need our help with one of your machines, our dedicated customer service team is on-hand to help – And if we can’t find a solution over the phone, our trained technicians provide quick onsite service. We stock an extensive range of spare parts that can be shipped anywhere in the world within short time (please remember to add the time of travelling to the lead time).
Customer service
- Technical support: 8.00-16.00 on weekdays (Danish time).
Service:
- A Limitech service technician can be submitted within 48 hours
Spare parts:
- See complete parts list in the manual
- When ordering standard spare parts, before 12:00 (Danish time) – they will be sent on the same day
- Orders (for standard spare parts) placed after 12:00 (Danish time) will be send the following day
- A maintenance kit with common wear parts is available – See attached example. Please ask any from the Limitech team for a maintenance / spare part kit for your machine
In need for a new machine:
Please ask for any Quotation for one or more of our machines – FiNO Systems, MyMix systems, SIF Systems, CIP Flipeside cleaning systems, LiMix systems, Buffer tanks, UHT systems, Cooker/Cooqer systems, SuperFlow / Pectin & Powder dissolver, Labmixer and much much more – Just ask?
The world situation is as it is, so perhaps you may experience longer delivery times than usual – we try to have everything in stock so that our customers will not experience that.
