Penquin – Cold

Penquin – Cold

Penquin-Cold is specially designed for cooling with a very large surface area. Combining the large surface area with two counterrotating agitators gives an optimal cooling transfer. The design allows for particulates such as vegetables and meat.


Cooling times down to 60-75 minutes depending on product properties and machine size.

Volumes from 500 liters, 1000 liters and 2000 liters.
