In several industries Ultra High Temperate (UHT)-treatment, for all kinds of products, is getting more and more common to prolong shelf life without using preservations. New food products are evolved every day, thus flexible production facilities are needed. Limitech’s UHT pilot unit is designed to meet this demand, by direct steam injection it heats the product to a temperature of 150 C, with a holding time accordingly adjusted, you can use it for treatment of a long variety of products.
The UHT-Pilot is ideal for tests or small-scale productions 30-130 kg/h, with low costs on raw materials as a result. Yet the results are fully scalable for larger productions, reproducing the same product quality.
