In specially the Dairy and Food industries Ultra high temperature treatment (UHT), for all kinds of products, is getting more and more common to prolong shelf-life without using preservations. New food products are evolved every day, thus flexible production facilities are needed. Limitech’s UHT-pilot unit is designed to meet this demand, by direct steam injection it heats the product to a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, with a holding time accordingly adjusted, you can use it for treatment of a long variety of products.
The UHT-pilot unit is ideal for tests or small-scale productions 30-130 kg/h, with low costs on raw material as a result. Yet the test results are fully scalable for larger productions, reproducing the same product quality.
